Welcome to Trailside Organics

We are dedicated to growing healthy, sustainable organic food for our family, friends and community.

Trailside Organics makes natural hydrosols, essential oils, soaps, lotions and salves using herbs and organic flowers we grow here...on our farm or collect responsibly locally.

About Us

fresh vegetables

Organic Vegetable, Herb & Flower Farming

We believe that food should be LOCAL , ORGANIC and FRESH to feed our bodies and souls. Our mini-farm provides organic produce, herbs and flowers for local families and seasonally to the local farmers market.

Copper still for processing hydrosols and essential oils

Hydrosols & Essential oils

I make hydrosols and essential oils from plants I grow using organic methods and harvest lovingly, by hand and process same day to obtain the highest quality cellular waters.

This past year we did lavender, basil, rosemary, peppermint, calendula, chamomile and yarrow. Hoping to add a lot to our garden this year to have more to share.

Vineyard

Adagio Vineyard is our passion project. In the past couple of years we have planted Adagio with 8+ varieties of grapes, mostly wine grapes but also some table grapes. This is an experimental vineyard to see what varietals do well in this region. We will not see our first grape harvest until 2023.
